The Position
You'll be joining 180+ engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE, Data and QA. We're organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to a specific area of our product.
As Junior QA Engineer, you will be working directly with other QA Engineers in challenging implementations to support the whole company by creating tests for Cypress in JavaScript and our Elixir backend as well as closely together with one or multiple teams to assist them in testing and improving their quality processes.
You'll be coached by more senior QA Engineers and Developers in best practices on automation for our front-end and back-end solutions, assist on CI improvements and help enforcing a quality mindset throughout the company.

What you bring
Prior experience in test automation, which includes creating new tests, maintaining test suites, and supporting teams in debugging issues.
Good communication skills in both listening and understanding
The ability to read through documentations, understand requirements, and ask questions when in doubt
JavaScript/Cypress knowledge to quickly jump in and support our product development teams
Willingness to listen and learn from more senior engineers and develop new skills
Strong ability to work independently and self-guided
Knowledge of testing principles and applying them to work beyond the happy path

The base salary range for this full-time position is $21,450 to $72,350. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
